Disabling Username Autocomplete in the Login Screen

To request that this feature be enabled,

  • contact Technical Support by using /support in Buzz, by email at support@domo.com, or by phone at 801-805-9505 (Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm MST).

  • reach out to your Domo Customer Success Manager or Technical Consultant.

Depending on the feature, you may be required to complete training before you can use the feature.

You can disable username autocomplete in the Domo login screen by hiding the "Remember me" checkbox. When this box is disabled, users must always log in manually. You do this in Admin Settings > Security > AuthenticationYou cannot access this feature unless you have an "Admin" security role. For more information about security roles, see Security Role Reference.

To disable username autocomplete,

  1. Click  > Admin Security, click Authentication

  2. In the Authentication panel, check Disable username autocomplete
