Intro

HappyOrNot helps measure customer happiness levels. Use Domo's HappyOrNot connector to view your company's customer satisfaction data within Domo. To learn more about the HappyOrNot API, visit their page (https://reporting.happy-or-not.com/docs/api).

You connect to your HappyOrNot account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the HappyOrNot connector user interface. General information for adding DataSets, setting update schedules, and editing DataSet information is discussed in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Prerequisites

To connect to your HappyOrNot account and create a DataSet, you must have the following:

  • A HappyOrNot company client identifier

  • A HappyOrNot API token

You can generate these credentials in the HappyOrNot Reporting services Management view.  If you do not have access to the HappyOrNot Reporting services, contact support@happy-or-not.com.

Connecting to Your HappyOrNot Account

This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the HappyOrNot Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.
