Viewing a KPI Card with a Triggered Alert

When you receive a notification that an alert has been triggered on a card, you can locate that alert by doing one of the following:

  • Opening the Alerts manager.
    You can open this page by clicking Alerts in the page navigation row at the top of the screen in Domo. The Alerts manager groups your alerts by those you are following that have been triggered and those that have not been triggered. It also suggests alerts created by other users. For more information about the Alerts manager, see Managing Custom Alerts.

  • Opening the Alerts tab for the card.
    In the Details view for the card, you can click  at the top of the page to open the Alerts tab. The Alerts tab provides options like editing and deleting alerts for individual cards. For more information, see Card Details View Layout.
